The LoopNet team has been working hard to make your experience on LoopNet even better. Check out the latest enhancements we’ve made to our website.

Polygon Search
We’ve enhanced our search functionality. You can now draw a polygon to pinpoint your search to a specific area. After you have performed a search on LoopNet, simply click “Draw Polygon” on the search results page. Then use your mouse on the map to define the area you want to zero in on. Your polygon can be saved and used in the Marketplace, Property Facts and Property Comps!

Grouped APN’s
Tired of trying to figure out which APN’s belong to a legal lot?
It just got a lot easier with Property Facts! We’ve developed some new logic to group all the APN’s for a specific address together into one record. You can now easily identify the boundaries of a specific property.

Over the next few months we will be applying this process to all the property records in our database. Here is one of the records we’ve already updated


High-lighted Parcel Boundaries

Saved Reports
Property Facts subscribers will now enjoy the convenience of “auto-save” for all the reports they create in Property Facts. These “auto-saved” reports will be listed in the new “My Reports” tab and can be accessed at any time in the future to make further customizations and edits.

New Homepage
We’ve redesigned our homepage. The new look and feel brings a more modern look to LoopNet and will hopefully make it easier for you navigate our site.
